It therefore gives me great pleasure to inform you that on Wednesday, October 20th, Scotiabank in association with Yahweh Foundation, donated twenty-six devices to the following schools in Signal Hill: Signal Hill Secondary School students - 12 laptops Signal Hill Primary School students - 6 tablets Signal Hill Primary School teachers - 2 laptops Community Residents Home for Children - 6 tablets. It is expected that these devices will go a long way in assisting teachers and students with the delivery and receipt of assignments in a timely fashion. I will attach some pictures of the event for your attention.

Ditch Amazon and try one of these businesses instead:

1. @theultimategreenstore has little bit of everything from recycled glassware, eco friendly kids toys to pj’s
2. @blkandgrn features a bunch of personal care and is black-owned
3. @tenthousandvillages offers a tonne of beautiful gifts for pets, plant lovers etc and it’s all fair trade

I have more alternatives to Amazon and a Part 2 lined up but i’m always open to suggestions if you want to recommend other stores?

This solar plant on Taihang Mountain is angled perfectly to capture as much sunlight as possible. This is how the Chinese government is replacing fossil fuel plants. This solar farm should be able to reduce over 20K tonnes of CO2 emissions a year! But is clean energy like this worth clearing out native plant life to make room for solar panels?
